Unfortunately, I really disliked this episode, so expect some harsh criticism in this review.
The finale of Steven Bomb 3 left me unamused, especially after all the fantastic build-up we had leading up to this episode. It's almost like the creative staff didn't have time to think up something more clever and interesting, and instead just went with the easy and obvious route full of tropes to wrap everything up.
The resolution between Garnet and Pearl was unsatisfying and many events were storyboarded in an incoherent way, enough to break my immersion mid-episode. Sadly, I have to call this episode a dud.
