Steve and Michelle Tiemstra of #sojournteardrops is one of the most pleasant couples I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nestled in the rolling prairies of Lacombe Alberta they make Albertas premier wood-crafted teardrop trailers. Last year they decided that they wanted to create an affordable locally fabricated #4x4trailer that would go where they needed it to follow. I first met Michelle at the Red Deer Outdoorsmans show in 2020 just prior to the flu outbreak. They were actually in Edmonton at the outdoorsman's show when the first phase of lockdowns commenced, they quickly shut the doors to the event and were unable to reveal the latest addition to their product line. The off-road Badger is the latest trailer from the Tiemstra family-owned business, and I have to say it certainly seems more refined than the inexpensive options offered by other heavy players in the game, and it is completely made in Canada. make sure you check them out on their socials and if you happen to be in the market for one, be sure to tell them Dave from #BlindmanOverland sent you.
