Stephen Lucas started his career as a research scientist at the Geological Survey of Canada in 1988. Since January 23rd 2017, he has been appointed Deputy Minister of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). He has more than 25 years of experience in Governmental Environment and Climate Change policies.
