Today I'm at Ninja City in Cleveland, Ohio, attempting their Steam Bun (Bao) Challenge! Challengers have 60 minutes to finish 24 of their steam buns! Winners receive the meal for free, a shirt, and go up on their wall of fame! If you are unsuccessful, you pay $75 and take home leftovers.
