Today I'm at the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, attempting their world famous Big Texan 72 oz Steak Challenge! Challengers have 1 hour to finish a 72 oz (4.5lb) steak, a baked potato, three shrimp, a dinner roll, and salad. Winners get the meal for free, a customized t-shirt, and go up on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $72 for the meal and take home leftovers.
