Today I'm at Blake's Place in Anaheim, California attempting their Beast Challenge! Challengers have a short 20 minutes to finish a giant bbq sandwich layered with chopped brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, coleslaw, red onion, and Blake's homemade BBQ sauce. This is all sandwiched between an oversized, locally sourced, fresh-baked bun. Winners receive a t-shirt, and go up on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $32 and take home leftovers.
