This monumental fast-paced track is FINALLY out on Youtube! I have loved Star Wolf's theme since I first heard it as a kid, and then again during my initial discovery of game covers and remixes. There's so many things to love from the soaring melody, tons of chord changes, and it plays into that campy villainy that Star Fox 64 really celebrates. I wanted to try this interpretation a bit more faithfully while having small nods to its different versions! You can hear 8 string rhythm guitars as a heavier take on the song, and during the breaks I play acoustic guitar as a nod to the live version I played with Mariachi Entertainment System at MAGFest 2020!

I wanted to save this video for the best possible moment as well, and airing this video RIGHT during my first band performance at MAGFest feels perfect! I chose to perform Star Wolf live to represent my newest album, and also to showcase the fun of the song and its great speed. I hope you all enjoyed the Arwing Odyssey tracks, they were a fantastic opportunity for me to play with a well-known classic while digging into deep cuts more and more. And I apologize for the bait title, Youtube and specifically the biggest audience of Youtube-viewers have drastically altered the kind of content and titles they're interested in and I'm working on ways to adapt my videos to that.
