With a week until the release of "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker", I spent the last month creating an ultimate fanmade trailer that compiles much of the footage released over the past nine months. My goal with this trailer was to create an exciting, fast-paced teaser for the movie featuring a wide variety of shots.
Four years ago I made an ultimate trailer for "The Force Awakens", and two years ago I made one for "The Last Jedi" - so it was obligatory that I round things out with this film. I wasn't a big fan of "The Last Jedi", and I'm a worried about how this film will go - but I guess we'll see! I've made six of these ultimate trailers over the last few years, and it's fun editing them together with some cool sound effects. More recently, some TV Spots have released spoiler-ish footage. I opted to omit these shots from the trailer - as great as they look, I didn't want to give away too much either.

For this trailer, I used Samuel Kim's epic cinematic version of The Force theme, and an excerpt of his 30 minute final trailer mix. I highly recommend checking out his channel if you haven't already, you owe it to yourself if you love Star Wars music.
