This is in fact not the fourth "Pizza No Come" movie - instead, it takes place in-between the second and third films, and you'll see why. "Pizza Origins" helps to connect "The Pizza Cometh" to the series a bit more. So it's technically the third movie in the series, but the fourth to be released.
The film follows the pizza guy making a delivery to a group of gang members, which leads to a final confrontation between him and an annoying masked figure. Alex Fanelli reprises his role from the second film as the pizza guy, while Ryan Bowman reprises his role from the third film as Jicker. Chris Lombardo and Gabe Sagherian make their debuts as gang members Dope and Renny, respectively.
