This is one of the chinese bootlegs available in this multicart (I've played other games such as "Play Cards" and "Dark Castle"). Music repeatability is a common thing in almost every game of that multicart, but at least it's catchy, at least for me.
You control a star with a red colored trail and you must survive until the opponents crash onto another opponent's trail as well as yours. You earn a point everytime an opponent crashes onto another trail, same thing for the other opponents.
Once all levels are over, the winner is the one with more points.
