This game is available in two multicarts made by Hwang Shinwei: 90-in-1 and 260-in-1 (the latter one only works in NEStopia emulator) and alternatively, it can be also called "Punch Pipe" or "Punch Ghost" depending on the multicart you're choosing to play this game.
All that you have to do is to hit the outcoming Super Mario element sprites with the hammer. The more you advance, the more they come out from the pipes faster being almost impossible to play.
