ℹ️ A little info on S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope:
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope is the first major narrative expansion for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, weaving directly into the main story to push protagonist Skif deep into the heart of the escalations between the Duty and Freedom factions. The plot centers around rumors of a hidden, unmapped city and leads players through the hazardous Iron Forest into the legendary Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant (CNPP). Beyond sprawling new story quests, the expansion opens up two massive new regions, fresh anomaly types, deadly mutant variants, and an expanded arsenal of weapons designed to handle the Zone's escalating threats.
Released on August 20, 2026 alongside the game's major Unreal Engine update 2.0, the expansion launched on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
