A little info on Hard Reset…
Hard Reset Redux is a high-energy, single-player first-person shooter that revitalizes the 2011 cult classic for a modern era. Set in the grim, cyberpunk city of Bezoar, you step into the combat boots of Major Fletcher, a soldier caught in a relentless war between humanity and an invading army of sentient machines. The game distinguishes itself by ditching modern "military sim" tropes in favor of old-school, twitch-based gunplay. You won’t find regenerating health or cover systems here; instead, success depends on constant movement, environmental awareness, and the creative use of your two modular weapon systems—the CLN Firearm and the N.R.G. Weapon—which can be transformed into various devastating tools of destruction.
This "Redux" version significantly enhances the original experience by introducing a rebalanced gameplay engine, faster movement speed, and the addition of the Cyber-Katana, providing a lethal melee option for close-quarters encounters. Beyond the mechanical tweaks, the game features improved visual effects and lightning-fast load times, ensuring the chaotic pace never falters.
