Needing to program just a few eproms for my Heathkit radios or tranceivers looking for a way to do that I found this Stag PP28 on Ebay being sold for parts or repairs .
Stag Company I was told no longer has the operating manual available or any information on the PP28 . I bought it anyway installed a new power cord and repaired I am guessing here about 150 thru-plated holes on the circuit board plugged it in and IT WORKS . After playing with it awhile and receiving some helpful suggestions via email I was able to COPY the Eproms I needed to copy these were programmed 36 years ago and still worked ok however NO ONE especially the manufacturers of the Eproms expected the programming to last this long so it was necessary to ME to copy the Eproms to keep these vintage Heathkit radios or tranceivers operating . 73 Bob
