This is the final video #2 on the neat little one tube regenerative receiver A single dual triode 6SN7 tube . This was a fun project for me I had started building a regenerative receiver using the 6SN7 tube back in 1958 . I was offered a BC-348 receiver by a local Ham at an attractive price and I bought the BC-348 and abandoned the one tube regenerative receiver project . Back to the future about 3 weeks ago I happened upon the AA8V TWIN PLEX on the web and it brought back memories of the receiver I never finished . I am not certain it is the exact same receiver if it is not it uses the same tube in a very similar regenerative circuit .I am very pleased that it worked the first time I turned it on it was on the broadcast AM band on an outside antenna and without turning a single control a local station came in as the tube warmed up WOW that was neat ! For a little while I was 16 again . 73 Bob
