In the first video, I introduced everyone to my new HO Scale Layout, the Union Pacific St. Marshall Subdivision. This is a proto-lanced layout, not based on a specific route, but following contemporary UP practices.

In the second video, I described how I designed the track plan, and some of my thoughts on why I chose the plan I did.

In this third video, I explain the methods I used for building the benchwork. While I included some detail explaining specific reasons why I chose a certain method, overall this video just highlights the process for my layout, not really the "best" way for everyone. Feel free to glean some ideas for your future layout.

If you guys want a detailed video on the various methods for model railroad benchwork, be sure to leave a comment down below, and I'll put that on my list!
