Srichakra mandala is regarded as the body of the universal mother Lalitha Tripura Sundari, meaning the transcendental beauty of the three worlds. The Srichakra signifies the play of cosmic consciousness in the acts of creation, preservation and dissolution of the universe; the play of individual consciousness in the three states of a human being, controlled by the mind and the five senses which are attached to or repulsed by life. "Srichakra" dance production uses the traditional Bharathanatyam technique in a refreshing approach.
The angles and the shapes that form the holy geometrical figure are presented in spellbinding formations led by Guru Sushma Mohan. Performed at the Shanthala Silver jubilee festival, ANANYA Kala Sinchana series Bangalore, Los Angeles Indian dance festival and St.Louis Indian Dance festival.
