This time lapse video captures the effort to demolish and remove the old SR 520 westbound off-ramp to Lake Washington Boulevard during a weekend closure of the highway in November 2021. Removing the overpass will make room to continue building a new crossing and highway interchange on SR 520 in Seattle’s Montlake neighborhood.
