This is video of an approaching gust front from a severe squall line that formed along a warm front boundary during the Mississippi River Valley tornado outbreak on 5/25/11. Although conditions lacked significant shear further north, high upper level winds and instability during the day provided enough energy to create 70-80 MPH winds gusts along this squall line that approached from the Lake Erie shoreline. This storm caused extensive damage from downed trees and power lines.

I caught a nasty bug in Costa Rica, days before the trip to Peru. I still managed to climb the peak with one hand! High altitudes will quickly take your breathe away.
Recorded with a Nikon D5100 with a Tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens.
