At about 5 a.m. this morning in Painesville, I heard and felt a large explosion that shook my house! This is about 150 yards behind my house. Apparently the house was engulfed in flames immediately after. The body of the woman who lived there was found after the fire was extinguished.
Only about two months ago there were multiple explosions in Fairport Harbor(neighboring town) caused by faulty gas line equipment. Less than 1 mile away from this house, they have been replacing gas mains for approximately the past 2 weeks. They aren't saying what caused it yet, so tomorrow will be an interesting day!
