I really liked Spooky’s Jumpscare Mansion, I thought it was a delightful little game, but it left me wanting to have my own little spin on the soundtrack, so I decided to give it a fresh coat of paint! (or in this case, sound.) I hope you all enjoy it!

These titles are getting incredibly stupid.
Ben’s Chase theme is perfect. It’s as haunting as Ben himself and it captures his aesthetic perfectly, which is why I decided to pretty much play it straight here. It's a remix of the original which features some percussive African instruments, a sick saxophone, and a nice flute mellotron as the main backing instrument. What I did want to do with this chase theme is add a very nice gimmick, this song is the same whether you play it backwards or forwards. Playing songs Backwards has always been a hobby of mine, mostly because I find them haunting (it is mostly because of creepypastas and Gravity Falls if I’m being honest) and I wanted to emulate that “Internet Zelda haunted” feel. Also the concept of palindromes (words that are the same forwards and backwards) is awesome, and I wanted to make a musical palindrome, which I believe works best in a horror game. (Also did you know that Atlanta backwards is still Atlanta?)
