LETS GO LETS MOVE LETS GO LETS MOVE
This minigame was a traumatic experience and I will never recover/j.
So to all three of the Rom M oldheads, once upon a time I released an album called Packs of Stray Dogs, it was terrible, and we do not talk about it. The reason I’m bringing it up is because this song actually uses the same samples I used in a song from that album, so it's kind of a redemption arc for me, if you will. Okay now to the actual song.
I wanted to encapsulate both my love of dubstep metal and the danceability of groove metal, and I think I did an alright job. I’m quite proud of the sound design in this one specifically, especially in the ending section where I allowed myself to go ham with both sound design and leitmotifs, I also chose to include the minecart song as the “chorus” section because in my opinion it was criminally underutilized in the actual game and I found a cool harmony\lead that went along with it in a really pretty way.

Your Turn To Die Remixed is a playable music mod that I’ve been working on for over a year, it is compatible with both the Steam and non-Steam releases of the game, and features 16 arrangements of some of the songs in the soundtrack. These arrangements are meant to work (and loop) in tandem with the existing and pre-established soundtrack, building on its leitmotifs and overall style and expanding on their compositional and production front.
