COMPOSER COMMENTARY: Applebees Become Fantasies
God this one.
This was probably the first endless theme I finished (minus Hanged Man).
I already loved the original (Nightmares Become Fantasies) a lot, I found it incredibly effective and also stupidly catchy, however, it felt as if it was missing a...metal touch, so the moment I began production on this theme, I invited @blackenedone662 over, and we pretty much finished the whole thing in a day. He requested me to add the "Down with the sickness" samples which I found hilarious. In terms of production I can safely say I took a lot of inspiration from Nine Inch Nails, Gojira and Death Grips, while still trying to maintain the spirit of the original. I hope I did okay!!
