Today, after finding out I have a four day weekend, I decide to rent a car and drive up to Portland, Maine. Getting out of NYC wasn't easy, but the traffic through Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire was not much better. It rained on and off and there were many accidents. Luckily, I made it to Portland with just enough time to find a parking garage, buy my ferry ticket, and enjoy a few minutes of live music before I hopped on the Casco Bay Ferry to Long Island where I am staying for the weekend.
