Based on the classic beat-em ups Splatterhouse 3D is a gory, horror themed TC by Impie. The horror theme really comes through with the lack of music and how damn dark each of the spooky locations are. The enemies can be quite unforgiving so it's worth seeking out the secrets for extra ammo and health.
The story itself is interesting and the intermission screens are well written. I definitely recommend reading them after each map.

Starting to play around a bit with speedrunning Doom. Ive done some UV-SPEED runs for E1 of DOOM.WAD but I think I like UV-MAX more.
I really like this pwad. Design wise its pretty whatever but in context its really cool. Its an early wad (love em) and had a companion book with some sick cover art.
I can definitely get this time lower but Im happy putting up a sub2:00 run for now.
