This is a Combination of ATZ and I's strats.

After Jumpslashing the first Rupee, keep the camera how it is and go towards the Rupee. Once you get the Rupee, hold Target and Sidehop downright. If you don't get a Sidehop, you did it too late.

For the last Rupee, you can simply hold Target and down to Backflip out of the alcove.
