After Hookshotting over, you can turn left instead of right to unload the back fans and it's unfailable.
For the last part, it's more consistent to turn the camera around before you do the final jump, so that the fan is loaded.
Another thing to note, if your camera is facing to the right while entering the door, the fan will start blowing when you try to Hookshot over. Have the camera facing slightly to the left.
