➳ Spinach Dip Full Recipe
Ingredients
Frozen Spinach
• 12 oz
Soft Tofu
• 14 oz
Water Chestnuts
• 8 oz can
Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
• 1.4 oz packet
Recipe
Get your Frozen Spinach down into a medium sized, microwavable bowl and defrost in your microwave.
Drain your can of Water Chestnuts and give them a rough chop.
Once your Spinach has defrosted place it on a clean kitchen towel. Twist the towel around the spinach and ring out all of the water over the sink. Try and get out as much water as possible...you don't want your dip to be watery.
Get your Spinach back into the bowl.
Drain your Tofu and then place in your bowl with the Spinach and mash until smooth. You could also put your Tofu in a separate bowl first and use a hand blender to get a smoother consistency or use a blender. I prefer to mash with a fork because I like to have my dip as hearty as possible.
Once your Tofu is smoothed to the desired consistency you can add your Water Chestnuts and mix.
Finally add your Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix and stir all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Serve with your favorite dippers and Enjoy!
