· 2 cups boiled and roughly mashed potatoes
· 2 tablespoons oil, canola or vegetable
· 1 teaspoon ginger paste
· 1tablespoon coarsely ground coriander, dhania
· 2 teaspoons coarsely ground fennel seeds, saunf
· 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
· 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
· 1 teaspoon mango powder, amchoor
· Approx. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
· Approx. 1 tablespoon thinly sliced green chili in rounds
