This is a test at moderate speed with the new fan.

The pressure is a problem, it's too high. It's workable, but I think better to have low pressure vs high.
CPAP original pressure out duct was 20 grams force @ 100%. New fan is 45 g/f.
Setting fan % to achieve 20 g/f prints well.
Fan control is very responsive! So if sliced wrong there is not much margin of error
6:35 minutes, regular ABS, 475mms, 60K acceleration, 65SCV, 255C temp, ~40% fan for most of model and 90% at stack.
