Punch Drumming (tm) to the song "Bagdad" by Jesse Cook. This is off his album "Tempest". Got to admit, I hit to a lot of his music, which has awesome rhythms and guitar. Proud to say I met him and his band personally several years ago, and he is a really great guy. This video features the punching of "Bible Style Bagging", which is the system presented in The Speed Bag Bible training program.
