This is a Teaching Demonstration of a "Rhythmic Fill" for Punch Drumming that I call a "Seven Beat Riff". It is based on the drum rudiment of a 7-stroke roll and I demonstrate several ways to create it and use it. Video shows using this with a Metronome and Music by Nick Neblo that was purchased for use online.
