Punch Drumming to a beautiful song by Phillip Phillips, "HOME", made famous during the 2012 Olympics as the theme song for the USA female Gymnastics team. It has a nice beat to the Melody pattern that allows for some opposite side punching with four rebounds inbetween and it's fun to try and time that correctly (first one happens at ):36sec) tip: it should not matter what side of the bag your hands are on when that part comes, for you can start the single punch pass through's from any side of the bag.
