I used the Clone of a Cinnabon recipe from Allrecipes
allrecipes.com/recipe/20156/clone-of-a-cinnabon
I subbed out the dairy ingredients with dairy free alternatives and in place of the cream cheese frosting I just made a simple glaze from almond milk and powdered sugar, This recipe can also be made ahead and put in the fridge overnight and freshly baked in the morning, making them great for brunches or holiday breakfasts.
