The world's largest record fair came and went, another incredible experience I shared with friend of the channel and record digger maniac Steve Davis, meeting a many people from the VC, and uncovering some unbelievable treasures. I use the plural, but one find definitely takes the prize : amongst all your wants, aren't there a few records that are so limited and rare that you've made your peace with the fact the closest you'll ever come to them is the knowledge of their existence? Well, I have 2-3 like that, or should I now say 1-2!
But besides this most unexpected and beautiful score, expect wonders left and right, tonight. I did not bring home a massive stack - considering I spent 3+ days digging - but it doesn't matter, considering the quality at hand.
Anyways, long story short, indie, jazz, ethnomusicology, post punk, dub, electronic, modern classical, folk, post industrial, library soundtrack, here are some of the flavors you'll experience during this video!
