1 Cup - Pre-cooked red beets
4 Cloves - Garlic, minced
Beets - Fresh beets, some leaves, and some stems
1/2 Med. - Cucumber
1/2 Bunch - Radishes
1/4 Bunch - Chives
1/4 Bunch - Dill
1 Tbsp. - Apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tsp. - Sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
