So this wasn't a mod that I was super interested in when I first heard about it but after playing it's... surprisingly good. At first glance it seems like a fairly straight port of the original but there's been some pretty nice attention to detail added. Red Rings have been added in for replay value, the menu music's been changed to Unleashed equivalents, and you can even play through the stage as the Avatar or Classic Sonic. The only gripe i have with it is that the camerawork is a tad awkward in a couple of places, but other than that it's surprisingly well made.
