Why is the title named like this? Because it's made with only the sounds from Windows XP Professional from OpenMPT, or to the nerds out there, Open ModPlug Tracker.
This was only made with OpenMPT. The MIDI, however, goes to the original artist who made this since I don't know who was the original person who made the MIDI.
If anyone knows who made the MIDI, please let me know!
