I heard this in a Sonic 1 hack called “Mobius Evolution” heard in Egg Hell Zone – Act 1 and so, here's my take on it. I played this hack a couple of months ago and no, there's no typo in the name. Magmar Dragoon's Stage is also known as “Magmard Dragoon” in case those are wondering.
