There's something asleep inside the planet of Tau Ceti IV. This might've been an eldritch horror known as the W'rkncacnter, and it's a source of chaos within the universe that is sent to sleep within the heart of the planet. Unfortunately the colonists of The UESC Marathon might've woken it up as they moved to expand the colony of New Cascadia. They might've woken it up. Shortly after, the colony started to die.
