A stubborn juniper repotting, mission control as reclaimed redwood, and the community vegetable garden is born.

At the very tail end of the spring season, the last of the temperate species are being repotted. Like surgeons around an operating table, Troy, Sheree, and Ryan concentrate on a stressful repotting of a stubborn Rocky Mountain juniper. Collected by Andy Smith, this tree was Ryan’s first Rocky Mountain juniper bonsai, and it carries with it all the imperfections and beauty of a tree that has grown with the practitioner.

Meanwhile in the mothership, the Good Mod assembles a crisp, custom reclaimed redwood desk in the Mirai office.

Diana weeds and preps the garden beds as we journey into new botanic territory... Mirai’s community vegetable garden.

Update: Somedays at Mirai is now on a monthly release schedule.
