Part 3 of 3, of a solo overnight, cold camp style using fire. I show my sleeping shelter (Kiva tent, bag and pads). I show my parka shell frozen solid in the morning from sweat and melting snow from the fire the night before, which is OK because my inner layers are all dry. Breakfast fire start-up with my favorite method of birch bark and spruce twigs on a platform with a big air space underneath. As always, before leaving, I cache camp resources for a return visit one day.

Video shot in Feb 2013. Thanks for watching!
