IP laws keep me from copying Kester's website, but you can see it here (kester.com/products/product/951-flux-pen), compare it to what I show in this video, and decide for yourself.
There are a few options:
1) Both are totally fake
2) Other companies are buying 951 in bulk and putting it in their own pens (either under license or not)
3) It's genuine Kester that was put in different packaging for whatever reasons (promotions, indirect sales, regional differentiation, etc.)
