Another capture of an Emergency Alert System message..yadda yadda yadda, you probably get the idea at this point. Recorded during a broadcast of the A&E biography "Cher" (according to what I was told) around November 9, 2005. Features the classic Video Data Systems ticker (with a brief glimpse of its cursor at 0:07)
Unlike other recordings I've seen of this particular ticker, this one includes both an English and a Spanish translation. I've typically seen the full-screen operation modes have a Spanish translation, but almost never the ticker itself. Either way, neat stuff!

Some time after I uploaded this, someone else has found another example of this ticker, likely originating from the same cable provider (especially considering it has Solano County, CA as one of the set locations), recorded much earlier than this activation: youtube.com/watch?v=VA0crCUY4DU
