Some thoughts about how you get people to fight. Thoughts that make me cranky.
What especially inspired this is the reaction to my statement that (putting it roughly) there are consequences for our actions, and therefore we might want to think about that when tearing into each other, and it being portrayed any one of a number of different incorrect, amusing, and unfortunate ways. Usually these attacks came from those who felt threatened by a world in which the Internet and Real Life were not considered as part of the same world.
