If he wants to hack apart what people say in order to make his arguments look better, then I see no reason to interrupt his mental solo "playtime." I only wish he did it behind closed doors and in private, but the fact that he does it somewhere other than where I am is good enough for me.

Oh, speaking of his titles, in Medieval Europe spanking the monkey wasn't seen as shameful (or even mentioned directly at all). Perhaps that's the clue as to what he meant by "going Medieval," rather than the "Pulp Fiction" sense?
