It's been a while since we took a weekend off from working in the shop and sometimes you just need to take a break.
We found our selves at one of the local drag strips to enjoy some racing and soak up some motivation to get our racecar put together.
Thunder Valley Raceway Park was hosting a Swap Meet / Car Show / Nostagia Drag Race event (mostly exhibition and test and tune) and it was definitely a nice break. Let's just say we found some of that motivation that we have been looking for to really get going on our racecar and we can't wait to get out on the strip. But for now we have to settle for spectating as the car has a long road ahead of it to become the gasser I have dreamed of.
Anyway, enjoy some sites and sounds of one of the greatest past times life has to offer. Oh and find a track near you and go support it, trust me, the racing is much better in person!
As for us, we'll, the real work on the racecar is already underway!
