Here are the 12 planes built for the Snowbird Contest. The rules were to build a plane of foamboard using the Experimental Airlines techniques with Armin Wing and tubular fuselage, scratchbuilt snow-landing skis, hull, or other apparatus, and make 3 takeoffs and 3 landings from snow. There was a good variety of innovation and creativity! Several twin planes made it very interesting.
