Today was meant to be a winter mountain day… but the Scottish weather had other ideas.
Plan A was off. Plan B didn’t stand a chance.
So we leaned into Plan C — and it led us somewhere completely unexpected.
This is my first time heading into the hills with Fergus, and instead of forcing clagged summits and zero views, we changed course and explored a snowy lochan that Fergus been eyeing up for a future snorkelling trip.
Sometimes the best days outdoors aren’t the ones you plan — they’re the ones you adapt to.A fun trip with great company....
