Generally seen as positive for the mind and soul, there are sometimes when the mountains can impact on my mental health in a bad way, mainly due to my addiction of getting out . Not saying its a bad thing but some of my own inner struggles with hiking and getting out sometimes affect me in a negative way. Footnote - I spent the rest of the weekend with my family (apart from editing this video!!lol) and also once home I did feel better for getting out and about.
